A first step into healthcare that felt anything but first-time.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
P&G Hospital was one of our earliest healthcare projects. The engagement began with a simple logo brief, but quickly grew into a broader visual identity and communication system across multiple patient and brand touchpoints.
Healthcare was a new category for us at the time, and the client naturally had questions about whether we could understand the tone, responsibility, and sensitivity the sector demands. We approached it by focusing on clarity, trust, and consistency rather than relying on familiar healthcare clichés.

CHALLENGES
The challenge was to create communication that felt professional and dependable without becoming cold or generic. Every visual needed to work for patients, families, and the hospital team while still feeling like one connected brand.
We extended the identity across print, signage, digital creatives, patient communication, and film-led content. The system was built to stay clear and recognisable across formats while giving the hospital a more confident and contemporary presence.

SUMMARY
The client’s feedback became one of the most memorable parts of the project: although we had told them this was our first healthcare assignment, the work felt like it came from a team experienced in the category.
That response gave us confidence to take on more healthcare work and reinforced something we still believe today: strong design starts with understanding the problem, not simply knowing the industry.
